Privacy Policy

This policy explains what Affpilot collects, why, and what you can ask us to do about it.
1. What we collect
- Account details — your name, email address and, if you give one, a phone number.
- Content you create — keywords, prompts, generated articles and images, and the settings you choose.
- Connections you set up — WordPress site addresses and application passwords, and any API keys you enter. These are stored so the service can act on your behalf and are never shown to other users.
- Billing records — what you bought, when, and how much you paid. Card numbers never reach our servers; the payment processor handles them.
- Technical logs — errors and job history, kept so we can fix problems.
2. Why we use it
To run the service, to take payment, to send you the emails the service needs to send (verification, receipts, renewal and failure notices), and to support you when something goes wrong. We do not sell your data, and we do not use your generated content to train models.
3. Who else sees it
Only the processors the service depends on, and only the part they need: AI providers (the prompt and the text they generate), the payment processors (your name, email and the amount), our email provider (your address and the message), and our hosting provider. Each is bound by its own agreement with us.
4. Where it lives and how long
Data is stored on servers we control. Account and billing records are kept while your account is open and for as long afterwards as tax and accounting rules require. Generated content stays until you delete it or close your account.
5. Your choices
You can see and edit your account details in the app, delete articles you no longer want, and ask us to delete your account entirely. Ask, and we will confirm when it is done. You can also ask for a copy of what we hold about you.
6. Cookies
We use cookies to keep you signed in and to protect forms from cross-site request forgery. That is all — there are no advertising or cross-site tracking cookies.
7. Security
Passwords are stored hashed, never in readable form. Traffic is encrypted in transit. No system is perfect; if a breach ever affects your data, we will tell you.
8. Children
The service is not for anyone under 16.
